Visit Us

Please feel free to come and view our cattery. Why not have a look around by either visiting our website or by calling in to see us? You are very welcome during opening hours for a viewing and no appointment is required.

Opening Hours:

• Monday - Saturday: 8.30am - 12pm and 1.30pm - 5.30pm
  (Closed 12 - 1.30pm for lunch)
• Sundays: 10am to 12pm
• We are closed bank holidays

Collection & Delivery

We offer a Collection & Delivery Service so please feel free to ask us for details.
If pets aren't collected within 14 days of the date on which s/he is due to leave the cattery, and no communication is received from the owner, a decision to rehome the pet will be made at the cattery owners' discretion.

Deposit & Days Charged

Day of arrival, day of departure and all days booked are charged for - as we do not ask you to vacate by a certain time. However, we do make a concession of half a day reduction for pets collected by 12pm.
£25 or 25% booking fee will be charged to secure your booking. This is non-refundable.
Double rates are charged on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day only

Health

A condition of boarding is that your pet is in a fit and healthy condition and has proof of vaccination. If however your pet falls ill whilst with us s/he will be covered by our insurance up to the policy maximum. Animals are boarded at the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken, the management cannot be liable for illness, injury or death of any animal in their care. If your pet falls ill after leaving the cattery and has sought veterinary attention within 72 hours of leaving, please let us know as you may still be covered by our veterinary insurance.

Checking In

All pets details are logged on our Pet Admin software including any special needs, vets details, medication and dietary requirements. Please note that here at WestLodge we can administer injections if required and we do not charge extra for administering any kind of medication for your cat or dog.
All pets must be fully vaccinated (including kennel Cough for dogs) and hold a valid certificate that must be presented on arrival as a condition of residence. If during your pets stay they become unwell it will be treated by our / your vet. This will be covered by the kennel insurance up to the policy maximum.

Booking

A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable advance and deducted from the final bill.
